  • We process orders within 3-5 business days of receipt. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

    If there are delays in processing beyond the standard time, we will reach out to you directly with an updated timeline for when you can expect your order shipped out.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped we may not be able to make any modifications or cancellations.

    Please reach out as soon as possible if you made a mistake with your order to modify or cancel your order.

  • We ship sticker orders using USPS’s First Class Mail letter service (no order tracking option).

    Standard delivery times will vary by location, but as an estimate please expect 1-2 weeks delivery. Reach out to your local post office for more information for your area.

    You can request tracked shipping on to any order at an additional cost (you will see this option available at checkout).

  • We ship sticker orders using USPS’s International First Class Mail letter service (no order tracking option).

    No tracking will be available for this shipment method. Standard delivery times will vary by location, but as an estimate please expect 2-4 weeks delivery (Some countries may see additional shipping delays).

  • Bespeckled Studio will not collect VAT import taxes at the time of purchase. You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT or import fees collected by your country for receipt of your order.

    You can check with your country’s custom office to understand what additional fees you might have to pay prior to placing an order.

    By placing an order you, the buyer, understand that you are liable for any VAT fees/charges that occur.

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us.
